Tres Tesoros #3 is a cozy two story home that was built with comfort, privacy and value in mind. Inside a small compound in El Sargento about half a mile from the Delegation office (2 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk to the sea), it is perfect for individuals or couples who don't need to be in the middle of it all, but still want easy access to the beach and town's amenities. Due to its location, guests will also appreciate being away from dust, noise and light pollution.
It can be rented per floor at a time or as a whole. If renting the entire home, please inquire as availability depends on the owners' travel schedule and other factors. Rent includes water, dedicated trash/recycling service, propane, maintenance, electricity and internet.
Each 600 square foot floor is independent and offers:
King-size memory foam mattress with protective covers and 100% organic cotton sheets
Sofa bed with removable slip cover that is always washed between reservations
Solid wood furnishings (bedframe, shelves, cabinets, tables) handmade by the owner
Covered patio/balcony overlooking the Sea of Cortez and Baja landscape
High quality, tinted windows and sliding glass door provide privacy, sound-proofing and cross breeze. They also sit lower on the walls to maximize the amazing views whether you're standing, sitting or lying down.

Cancellations/Changes
Reservations of 3 months or longer require a 30 day notice for a full refund. This gives us a chance to re-publish the rental and attempt to find a suitable replacement. One-month reservations require 14 days' notice for a full refund. If you're not able to cancel under these required notices, we will always try to find a suitable replacement and give you a full refund, but please understand it is not guaranteed.
